The role will involve a certain amount of new business focus as well as a large concentration on development of existing medium to large size accounts. Must ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

bullet Contacting clients by telephone to negotiate terms of an agreement and using persuasion skills to conclude the sale
bullet Working positively to acheive tight sales targets
bullet Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
bullet Keeping log records of transactions
bullet Attend meeting for new sales & repeat orders in Mumbai & out of Mumbai (all over India)
bullet Maintaining and developing a client base to generate new business
bullet Visiting clients regularly once a working relationship has been established.
bullet Key Account Manager (single point of contact) to the client & office Mgt.
bullet Attend to client queries & co-ordinate with studio team & facilitate work completion as per timeframes
bullet Data generation and collection activity in free time

Requirements:
HSC or Graduate in any field with 1 year experience in sales in any B2B segment with decent knowledge of Computers & Internet, preferably with a flair to sell.

Talking Systemz Corporate is looking for an upbeat, focused and well-organized responsible individuals to be an additional asset to our sales team. Candidates must be committed to winning and working hard in a team sales environment. Must also be result-driven and committed to learning the internet solutions business. The BDM's primary focus will be key account follow-up, sales support, maintenance and service support. This person should be extremely presentable, polite, proactive, organized, responsible, and should work well within a group. He must have a win-win attitude and must be a team player. The BDM will have the responsibility to handle a team of BDE's who shall report to him. Must ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

bullet Attending to customer quires, complaints etc.
bullet Initiating & co-ordination of legal action against defaulting clients
bullet Will review performance of consolidated sales activity of H.O. franchisee’s & group
bullet Will study competition products & services & accordingly at repeated intervals bring innovation in product positioning & branding
bullet Introduce new offers, schemes, packages, packs from time to time
bullet Will report to Sr. Ops. Mager

Requirements:
Graduate of any stream, Preferably MBA in Marketing
Strong applications experience (Internet Explorer, Excel etc.)
Ability to manage a team/s.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

bullet Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information. Provide online website updates. Be a leader and a valued contributor to the design team.
bullet Candidate will be required to work independently on building corporate website from collateral data and promotional material along with generic reference sheet which will be provided.
bullet Candidates will also have to attend meetings to take brief from clients on their specific requirements. Sr. Web Designers will have to manage a team of Jr. Designers.
bullet Candidates will be entrusted the responsibility of conducting random and planned Quality Checks and also maintain Quality Standards for the estimated workflow.
