According to our standardised process, We send out mail confirmation within 24 - 36 hrs from the time of registration of the domain.

Can I change the name of the registrant of the Domain once it has been registered?
To change the name of the Registrant of the Domain, you have to come to us in person with a letter clearly mentioning the Name of the new Registrant and his/her the address and email. In case it is in the name of an organization, then the name and address of the organization has to be mentioned.


How do I get a domain and webspace from you?
Simply get in touch with us to register the domain, also mention how much webspace you require. Then follow instructions for payment and allow 36 hours after payment has been received for confirmation.

How many pages do I get when I register with you?

If, I register for 2 years what will the domain price be?
The price will simply be 2 x INR 550.00 . If you register for 'x' years the price will be x INR 750.00

If, I register multiple domains, can I pay for them together?
Yes, just list all the domains, alongside each domain put the ORDER / INVOICE NUMBER. If the invoice number is not there you will have to get in tyouch with our billing executive to simpify the process for you.

How do I change Name Servers?
When you register a domain name with www.talkingsystemz.com, by default the name servers for the Domain name are 'ns1.talkingsystemzcorporate.com' and 'ns2.talkingsystemzcorporate.com'. If you want to change these later, then send us a request using our web support system clearly mentioning the nameservers to which you want to point the domain.

What are these contacts (Admin, Technical and Billing)?
They are used when domains are registered. They used to be the individuals who were the points of contact for each function.

What if I want to change the owner's name later?
If you do not mention the ownership of the Admin/Billing and Technical contacts at the time of registering the domain, then to change the Admin/Billing/Technical contacts at a later stage, you will have to send a mail to our technical support team to complete this process for you.


I have a domain elsewhere, can I move it to you?
Yes you can, just re-point to our Name Servers ns1.talkingsystemzcorporate.com and ns2.talkingsystemzcorporate.com if the DNS has to be pointing to Linux Server and dns1.talkingsyscorp.com & dns2.talkingsyscorp.com if DNS has to be pointing out to our Windows NT server.

If I apply for a domain name then, do I have to renew my annual fees before expiry of the period every year? Is there no block registration for life?
Yes, You will be sent a reminder vir email and courier. If you do not renew, the domain it will simply become available again. There is no block registration, currently you can register for a maximum period of 10 years.

If I change residence will that make a difference?
No, we communicate via email, so please notify us of your new residential address to update our billing records.

What is DNS & why it is used?
This is an acronym for Domain Name Server. It is what makes the Internet work. A database is used to translate domain names, which are easy for humans to remember and use, into Internet Protocol (IP) numbers, which are what computers need to find each other on the Internet.
